He is someone parked a vehicle green street where he lived. He moved when he came home. The next morning he was there again and when he left to the left. After the afternoon walking up and down the block until it got on the bus. Then when they were in the house he was there again. Tell me you would not believe the car will being followed? Everyone says I'm crazy.

It is rare and strange. Or mabye just a very strange coincedence. Just ignore, and if you see the new car or call the police or approach the driver with a face even a friendly conversation.
