In your opinion, what ethical issues might arise by relying more and more on technology in health care or?

If medical care were to rely solely on technology that likely to be misdiagnosed. If the doctor did a physical examination, no hands, no toching us all, we completely miss the diagnosis. But lets face it, patients such as technology, it seems that respect that more than old-fashioned care. That's why my friends go to shamans ??????
